Michael serves as legal advisor to Chrysalis Capital Advisors Inc. and numerous Chrysalis portfolio companies and is a Senior Advisor to Chrysalis Acquisition Partners Inc. Mr. Janke has established a broad legal practice focused on private companies for over 25 years and provides sound technical execution of legal mechanics and solution-focused business acumen to the Chrysalis management team. Michael graduated from University of Calgary and received his LL.B. from the University of Victoria.
